My investors were keeping a close eye on the condo market in Kitsilano waitign for the perfect property to become available. When it dig we were ready to try our luck with a low ball offer. After a little bit diggin we were able to determine the Sellers motive for selling and quickly came up with a game plan. A few days later the home was sold significanty under the asking price.<\/div>\n
