Always room to negotiate! There\u2019s a big misconception about brand-new houses: the price is the price, and there\u2019s no room to negotiate. Some Realtors might tell you that\u2019s the case, but not this guy. My first-time homebuyers fell in love with this unit the moment they walked in, and who could blame them? This unit had it all, and they had to have it. A couple of days later, after some intense negotiating, we managed to secure this home at a heavily discounted price.\u00a0Congrats to my first-time homebuyers for securing their first home!<\/div>\n
