Like most cities, condo Sales are few and far between. Having a good product just isn\u2019t good enough today, and it takes more than good marketing and fancy videos. Having the right strategy right out the gate, knowing when to switch things up, is what separates the wolves from the sheep, and that\u2019s exactly how this one played out. We had an interested Buyer right away but, we couldn\u2019t come to an agreement on a couple of items but, eventually, thinking outside the box is how we were able to get the deal to come together.
