This is a crucial step as it gives you a better chance of locking down a new place before someone else does, and it can be done over the phone or even online in a matter of minutes. 

Once you've been pre-qualified and know what price range you want to stay in, I can help you narrow things down using the (MLS) Multiple Listing Service system to locate properties that fit your criteria. Moving quickly is crucial when your dream home may be at stake; I pride myself on being the first one in the door. We’ll tour homes until we’ve found the one for you!
