We are just so incredibly grateful to Ollie for all of his guidance during the process of buying our first home. With everything being so new and overwhelming, it was a huge relief having him in our corner to help us navigate the process of buying our dream first home (below the asking price no less). I would have had no idea to ask for a new hot water tank when the home inspector told us the age of the existing tank, and I certainly didn’t pay close enough attention to know that the old tank held 50 gallons when the seller tried to replace it with a 40 gallon tank, but Ollie was there to make sure we were moving into a home with a brand new 50 gallon hot water tank in the end. That was the way the whole experience went for us with Ollie. When everything else felt like it was moving around us at the speed of light and our heads were spinning with it all, Ollie was the only one there to help us find a little calm in the storm.

We may use a different Broker in the future, and we might finance our next mortgage with a different lender next time, but one thing we definitely won’t do is use another Realtor… Like ever!
