A huge shout-out to Ollie! We’d been looking for a condo in Coquitlam while living in Penticton. That was not an easy situation to put ourselves in, but we forged ahead. We couldn’t view every property, but I did manage to view over 24. Ollie was kind enough to view other properties on our behalf and followed up with videos and pros and cons of each unit he viewed. After 3 long months, we ended up purchasing a unit relying on Ollie’s video and expertise. After a quick 2-week close and some renovations, we are settling in nicely.
