Should we sell during this challenging market? Do we upsize while the trajectory of the economy is still uncertain? Is this the right time? Can we do it ? All of these questions and many more were taking up free rent in my mind for some time and I am sure I am not the only one.

In comes Ollie Neitzel, a realtor who is extremely knowledgeable of the market and knows how to play the game right. I’m not one to be swayed by words easily but with his patience and confidence, he took the time to teach us and guide us through the process each step of the way.

We needed to sell our condo during an admittedly very challenging market and we also needed to upsize to a bigger place. Not an easy feat to say the least. It was all about timing, strategy and putting our full trust in Ollie and his team. We weren’t sure how or if it would work out but eventually everything fell into place ! It was one of the most stressful things we had to go through but having Ollie lead the way made it a lot easier to handle.

He is a man of his word, he shows up when he says he will, stays past working hours to get things done and most importantly he always has your best interest at heart. He has always been upfront with us and honest during our interactions and for that we wholeheartedly have the utmost respect for him.
