Hello! Where are all the Buyers?

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll know that the tariff wars between the USA and the rest of the world have certainly shaken up the economy, the stock market and even the Real Estate market. However, interest rates continue to drop which “should” put upward pressure on the BMP.
