Open Houses work! Sales are few and far between these days and Maple Ridge is saturated with products to choose from. After testing the market for a few weeks the decision was made to make a couple of tweaks to our game plan which proved to be beneficial. Not long after, a group came through the Open House that fell in love with this Morning Star home and a couple of weeks later this beautiful home was sold.
