Another Open House Win! Interest in Townhouses in Citadel Heights is few and far between. Fortunately, there was not a lot of competition to deal with, and time was on our side. After a couple of low-ball offers were received, we patiently waited until the right group came through the door, and at one early Saturday Open House, they did. One week later, conditions were removed. Congrats to my neighbour for securing one of the highest Sale prices per Sq.Ft. in the complex in the past couple of years. You will be missed, but we wish you nothing but the best!
