Always room to negotiate! There’s a big misconception about brand-new houses: the price is the price, and there’s no room to negotiate. Some Realtors might tell you that’s the case, but not this guy. My first-time homebuyers fell in love with this unit the moment they walked in, and who could blame them? This unit had it all, and they had to have it.
