Against all odds! There’s no shortage of condo inventory in Port Moody, and with only a handful of sales since the beginning of September, we knew we had our work cut out for us. Anchor is a brand-new building, and when new buildings complete, many owners are looking to sell. We pulled out all the tricks with this one, and after a few strategic adjustments to our game plan, we were able to get it sold relatively pain-free.
