There’s no question that first-time buyers have a hard time getting into the inflated real estate market in Metro Vancouver, even in a buyer’s market. In this case, townhouses were just out of reach for my buyers. While waiting for pre-approval, they missed out on what they thought was the perfect home at the time.

Fortunately, a better home became available in the same complex right after they qualified. Priced sharply, we made our move as quickly as we could, secured the offer, and a short time later, this home was sold!
