Round 2! Even though this is a buyer’s market, sellers are still digging their heels in. Lowball offers occasionally work, but for the most part, sellers have plenty of equity and time on their side.
After walking away following the initial round of offers, my buyer and I decided it was time to take another shot at the same property. This time, we were able to convince the seller that the market was in our favour, securing the home for significantly less than the last unit sold in the complex.
