Christmas came early for my Sellers. There’s plenty of inventory on the market in Maple Ridge right now, and Sales are few and far between. Knowing we had a great product, we made sure that we didn’t take that lightly, and when everything was perfect, we hit the market. Despite a slow start, the right group walked through the Open House, and a couple of weeks later, the home was sold! Congrats to my Sellers.
