Gotta have it! My clients have been on the lookout for the perfect home for several months. We searched high and low and patiently waited for the right property to pop up, and when it did, we capitalized on it. After a week of tough negotiating, we were able to get the Sellers down $50,000 of the asking price. Not bad considering it was a new listing in a very hot neighbourhood.
