All it takes is one! Like most cities, condo Sales are few and far between. Having a good product just isn’t good enough today, and it takes more than good marketing and fancy videos. Having the right strategy right out the gate, knowing when to switch things up, is what separates the wolves from the sheep, and that’s exactly how this one played out. We had an interested Buyer right away but, we couldn’t come to an agreement on a couple of items but, eventually, thinking outside the box is how we were able to get the deal to come together.
