Diamond in the rough. Let’s face it, older buildings need maintenance, and special levies are inevitable. We searched high and low from Abbotsford to Chilliwack and were let down time and time again because the buildings were too far gone.  We finally ended up back in Abbotsford, where we found a unit in a solid building at a great price. After reviewing the docs, we knew a levy was coming, so we negotiated hard to make sure my client had it covered, and then some! The best part? She scored this unit for less than anything we could find in Chilliwack.
