First-time Buyer Score! There is no shortage of condos in Vancouver, but the majority are overpriced or in poor condition. Knowing the market is on a steady decline we knew that sooner or later we’d come across a good deal, and we did. We saw and capitalized on an opportunity where a two bedroom condo significantly lowered its price. A week and a half later, subjects were removed. Congrats to my first-time Buyers!
